I left out the chili oil, and subbed olive oil for the peanut oil, as that is what I had on hand.
I served this for dinner with pork skewers, and it was WAY more than enough for the four of us, plus was lunch for three of us the next day.
Mike liked it so much he cooked it as dinner the next day at the station, doubled the recipe and served 10. It was a huge hit there, too.
