I was really worried as this was growing that it might be fireweed but it was not quite the same as the other fireweed I have been taking out of the garden.  On top of that, it grew up in a row of plants that I started from a wildflower seed pack.  Any ideas?

I need to try and get a closer pic of the flowers but I have 3 different shades of pinks out there so far and the blooms look a bit like mini carnations to me but I do not think they are that.

Try mountain garland or touch-me-nots, snapweed. I can't remember the real name right now and I'm too tired to get up and crack a book.
Ah, I remember, Balsam, impatiens balsamina.

Thanks Tina,

After looking at the plants it appears that I have both Mountain Garland (Clarkia) and Impatiens Balsamina (Touch Me Nots) growing out there.

It looks like the Mountain Garland is the one in bloom now and has the shorter and broader leaves and the Touch Me Nots have not actually bloomed yet but they have the longer and brighter green leaves.   Great call there!
