Topic: Whazzit ma doodle - [Solved} Pink Japanese Anemone

This is in the perennial border outside my store. Blooms are about 2" across. The plant is about 1 to 1 1/2 feet tall.

That one looks really familiar Wrennie but I sure cannot place a name.

Hey, could it be anemone?  There are several varieties and what hit me as familiar was the leaves.  They are very similar to buttercups which are in the same family.

I have this in front of my house in bloom now too.   At first in the spring I didn't think it was going to come back,I had just put it in last September,  but it did and it got bigger and is just beautiful now. I just wish it was in a fall color...


It's name is Pink Japanese Anemone, September Charm!
