Horseradish

I can't believe the size of my horseradish.  It is super big.  Easily twice the size it was last year.  I hope it has a bunch of little rootlets on it.

I was really impressed with mine this year as well. I can remember if this is it's second or third year.

Are you planning to make horseradish sauce out of yours? I planted mine primarily for the baby leaves in salads, but it's so big I am goming to have to dig it up and divide the roots, so I'm going to give making the sauce a try.

I'll make sauce.  I may even try using mayonnaise and doing a creamy horseradish sauce.
