as anyone else grown, cooked, eaten patience dock, Rumex patientia ? I got some seeds and was wondering if you planted yours in the fall or spring. And what did you cook with it?

I googled it because I had never heard of it. Read that it can be used in salads or as a mild laxative. Hmmm. :ScratchHead: Don't know if I would want to be far from the toilet if I were to chow down on it.... :laughpound:

Wonder if it could be cooked up like collards and turnip greens... :grinnnn:

Looks like a great plant.  The site says to fall sow them.  Makes me wonder if they need the cold to get a kick start?

I dont know. I was going to plant some in fall and some in spring to see how they did better. Not sure where I will put it now that I see it gets to be 6 feet tall!
