Easy recipes
« on: Oct 13, 2008, 08:50:23 PM »
I thought I'd start a thread for our easy recipes that use common ingredients.

Here's one of my all-time favorites:

Feel free to adjust the filling to your tastes...I've used all kinds of different things, and all have worked great. I use this recipe to make 5 or 6 omelet rolls for our huge Christmas brunch. Bake them one or two at a time, then pop the first 4 back in the still warm oven to heat back up right before serving.

Thanks for the links, Sarah. I'm sure they will come in handy when Dianne and I are trying to decide something easy to take to the family reunion.

I will be trying all 3 of these ones!  That dump cake looks so good.  I used to do that one a lot and forgot about it.  It adapts really well with yellow cake and peaches, spice cake and apples.

We are all under the same stars, therefore we are never far apart.
