Pork Roast with Dijon/citrus marinade
« on: Jan 28, 2009, 08:10:51 AM »
1- 2lb pork roast(or tenderloin)
2 tsp. chicken bullion crumbles
1tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1tbsp minced(dry) onion
3-4 splashes Worcheshire sauce
1tsp curry powder
salt
pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
2tbsp dijon mustard

Place roast in pan and put whatever veggies you normally use for a roast around it. Mix all other ingerdients well and pour half of mixture over roast. Cook at 350 for about an hour. Remove from oven and pour remaining sauce/marinade over roast and veggies(you may need to add a touch of water to pan, depending on what you like). Cover and bake for 45 min-1 hour longer. Let rest for about 5-10 minutes.

This turned out sooooo good!! Hope y'all like it!

That looks like a great marinade (minus the curry).  I will have to try it.

We are all under the same stars, therefore we are never far apart.
