Jayrod,  I have tried that one and it is a good one.

I have not figured out dinner yet.  Waiting for inspiration to hit.

If anyone has any ideas on low fat meals besides rabbit food I would appreciate the feed back, since im taking a diet pill called alli im reduced to non-fried foods and the bad foods. :SmileyFit:

our dinner was low fat tonight Jayrod.  I bought Tyson chicken breast that are in a bag but wrapped separately, sprayed pam on the gas grill and cooked them 4 minutes on each side, warmed a can of green peas (which are good without anything oil aded) and had a little salad of lettuce and radishes from the garden with added store bought tomato and cucumber with a little olive oil and vinegar.  Sad to say I washed that healthy meal down with Pepsi and just porked down about 32 vanilla wafers for desert.

I know what you mean.  Charlie had 2 1/2 hot dogs and was begging for more.  I did not want him to get sick so that was all he got.

Last night was blackened ribeyes and a salad with homemade dressing. Tonight was a softball game night, so we had mac and cheese with hot dogs and broccoli mixed in. The kids were on cloud nine and so was I. One pot to cook in and paper plates

Tonight I'm fixing veggie ranch pizza.  I make a homecrust and then slather it with tons of ranch dressing, some defrosted frozen veggie blend (italian being on of the best), and then mozzerella on top.  The kids love it and so do us grown ups.  Who knew that something which sounds so gross would be so yummy!!

First I roast the pork, stuffed with mild green chili, topped with spices, and a half a can of coke.  I cook is for several hours at 250.  Once done it will shred apart.  That is the meat I use and top like regular tacos only we soft fry the corn tortillas instead of using the hard shells.
