Cold and cloudy. Better than yesterday though. It was 22 when I left for work yesterday. It was 34 when I left today. Slowing warming up every day.

Penny, that sure sounds like winter has arrived there!

We got another .25 inch of rain yesterday. At least it wasn't as much as they had forecasted. It was a steady drizzle most of the day.

This morning it is 50 and they are saying we are going to get to 63 today with more rain this evening. I think this weather is supposed to start clearing up leaving us with partly sunny skies for the weekend.

Looks like I may have to mow one more time after all this rain. Maybe it will get dry enough this weekend.

It was raining when I left home this morning. It has now turned to snow. I'm not sure how much we are supposed to get but I do know that they said rain mixed with snow all day today and most of the day tomorrow.

It stormed here last night. Still overcast but clearing slowly. Its only 72 right now and highs only to mid 70s today. Should be nice once the humidity is outta here.

Yes it is and all of the school kids turn out for it. Students line up along the entire street sides of the elementary, the entire parking lot of the JR High is filled with the High School and Jr High Kids. It is a huge event for the community. Imagine about 800 kids lined up in a 3 block area, many in orange and black, screaming their hearts out for the football team. It is a wild sight. I am sure most of the boys dream of being up on the football float and the little girls of dressing up for their own dances when they see the Homecoming Court. Being wet will make it a lot less fun.
