So far hasn't made it out of the 40's today, blue sky slowly turning cloudy, still quite coolish wind.

today wasn't so bad though. only a high of 85.5 today.

80% chance of rain is the forecast and it's raining right now. They are saying that some areas will get 1-3 inches. We need the rain as we didn't have but .04 in September. So far this month we have .75 before today.

Temp right now is 63 and they don't expect it to get much higher.

I saw where some areas were having snow. I guess it's going to be an early winter.

It is snowing here. Started late last night and is still snowing. We have a couple inches right now and they are forecasting up to 4". It is cold. But, we have a warm up in the forecast. It is supposed to be 52 on Saturday and 60 on Sunday. I know that still sounds chilly to some of you but it feel great to us here.

We do. Only if it is a lot of snow and the roads are slippery. There are usually a couple snow days each year and sometimes a couple of late starts. Unfortunately my work doesn't close.

Past few days it has been raining, the dude on the radio said we got 1-3 inches rain and possible rain today... temperatures are ranging from low 50's to 60 degrees, with no heat in the house seems like we are in meat locker. Todays high is going to be about 62 I am dreeding tonights low if the maintenence man doesnt get the breakers for the ac/ heater unit today.

weatherman this morning was saying all you guys north & northeast will be below normal and us down here will be above normal. I believe it. It's 84* right now. in mid-October. I should be able to open up the house at this time of year normally. Nope - got the a/c going.

Temp is 44 and still windy, wind keeps temp down during the day, but keeps it up at night.

Some areas west of my location are wind sheltered and had a hard freeze this morning (lows upper 20's), where its windy stayed in the lower 40's, the wind sheltered areas get warmer in the afternoons.

Cold at night with freezing temps and warmer during the day. I have had ice outside in containers that have water. Rain in the forecast for the rest of the week. I can only hope it stays cold enough at night to get snow.

Portland Oregon 7 day forecast (page updates through the day), my location is usually cooler, live 30 or so miles east of the biggest city in Oregon.

high today was 84* with 97% humidity. as long as the sun was shining. now that it is raining, it's 100%. at least it isn't cold.

I just saw the weather report and it's supposed to rain until Saturday. Guess the pansys won't be getting planted.

We had a little over an inch of rain here today and they are saying 20% chance tomorrow, then 90% on Tuesday. Right now they are saying we will have a nice weekend as the rain should be over by Friday. Of course that can change.

Temp dropped from 43 to 34°F this morning with the rain, still windy, cold enough for snow, but all it managed to do was sleet. Currently 42°F and cloudy.

we're supposed to get some rain tonight.. hit and miss. They say its to cool down some by the weekend but as it sits, it's still 78* @ 7:30 p.m. I'm ready for a bit of a cool down.

Our weather must have been about like yours Sheri, as it was a beautiful sunny day. Had a light breeze at times that made it very pleasant out. They are calling for 1-3 inches of rain tomorrow though so I guess we just get one day of nice weather. The weekend is supposed to clear up and then get downright cold next week at night.
