Okay, I know this is a Columbine, but does anyone know the name of it?

One of my friends loved it and would like to get one for her shade garden. Unfortunately, I really don't know what's it's called or where I got it.

Dianna, the closest one would be the Pink & White "Origami", so I guess that might be it.

It's just that the name doesn't even ring a bell with me; but geesh, it may have had a different plant tag stuck in it since that happens a lot.
