The movie starts at 5:10 and I just looked at the clock.  Gotta go.  Be back later.

Tonight Lori is making hamburgers and macaroni salad.

We are all under the same stars, therefore we are never far apart.

We're having Bacon Cheeseburgers with cream cheese-ranch mix filling.  Probably some frozen veg on the side, chips, and mac n cheese.  Good, healthy, and heart friendly!!

Tonight it's gonna be beef stew in the crockpot.  We may make biscuits or rolls after school today too.

We went to Cracker Barrel. I had the beef stew with a salad and some cornbread. Jim had an open faced roast beef sandwich... :licklips:

We're having sheep dogs for dinner tonight.  Adam wants peas to go with but I'm not sure I can bear to make peas twice in one week...

I love peas.  We're having split pea soup as a side tonight along with grilled chicken and salad.  Johnny was with me when I bought the chicken breasts so I'm guessing he's going to eat chicken.  He ate chicken pot pie last night.  He's nuts.

I love peas too.  They are my favorite veggie.

Sheep dogs? Yuck. I don't think I would like eating hair and slobber.... :giggle:

Sarah Loo, you can't leave us hanging. What is a sheep dog that would be appetizing enough to eat? :grinnnn:

I want to know what disturbed person that putting peas in a soup was a good idea!

Sheep Dogs:  Get yummy hot dogs.  Slice them in half lengthwise-but don't slice all the way through them!  Make your favorite smashed potatoes.  Fill the hot dog with a generous amount of smashed tators.  Your hot DOG now looks like a Sheep Dog.  Cover and put in oven until your sheep dogs are almost done oh 350 for maybe 15 minutes (??).  Uncover and generously sprinkle with cheddar cheese.  Put back in oven until cheese is melty.  Put on a plate that DOESN"T have peas on it and enjoy!

Ditto!  I love fresh ones right off the vine and snow peas.  But the frozen or in the can things are awful.
