By next week, we are going to get into the 20s and possibly even 30. It is going to feel so nice!

It is 32° outside right now, but the wind chill makes it 30°. Sure doesn't feel very warm to me...

I get chilled to the bone and have a hard time getting warm this time of year no matter what. My feet are always cold. I don't think they warm up all winter.

It's 10 a.m. and only 27°. They say we are to get to 43° today, but I don't believe it.

It is windy right here in my canyon which cools us down. But it is supposed to reach low 70's again today.

Cool and cloudy, 34/35°F, breezy. A hill next to us has lots of ice (from freezing rain) on it.

What highway 14 looks like http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/default.aspx?cam=1154 you can see all the ice. We have none here, go down the road a bit you run into it.

The sun is shining brightly and it has gotten to a whopping 37° at 2 p.m with a windchill of 34°. I talked my daughter into picking up a couple things for me at the store since she was going anyway, so I wouldn't have to get out in the bitter cold.

This is what I'm in for tonight.

Tonight
Clear. Lows 19 to 24. North winds 10 to 15 mph. Wind chill readings dropping to 8 to 14 degrees.

I can imagine. We've been breaking records all week. Not predicted to improve until middle of next week. Of course, then we get the rain!

It is 60* outside and has been for a couple of hours. The sun is getting stronger so I guess it will warm up again.

We have been getting down in the minuses recently. Saturday morning it was -7! Thankfully, we've got a huge warm up today and for the rest of the week. Supposed to be 30 today - it's already 36 - and by Wednesday we've got highs in the 40's! I bet Adam wishes we would have moved the garaged today instead of in yesterday when our high was 14*.

i'm jealous. was supposed to hit 40 here, but topped out at 38. supposed to be middle-high teens tonight. more water running. and if hubby is home early enough, i might get him to try to run a light to the well. just not sure i have a power cord long enough and i never did get an outlet put out there.

I made sure I had an outlet at the well when they put it in. And am glad I did.
