Tuscan style potato soup

Some of you had asked for recipes to go along with the traditional foods links. This is a good, easy starter:

I grow leeks every year and am always looking for a new use for them, without burning out Mike and Marissa. This is a good one, and the addintion of kale sneaks some more greens into our diet, as well. :ThumbUp:

I love this recipe, thanks Sarah, we eat alot of leeks here in the summer too.

This is pretty much my soup except I add broccoli instead of kale.  I love tater soup.
