I've never started a brug from seeds, only a root.

The tomatoes haven't come up yet.  It's been 10 days.  Maybe I'll take 2 of your seeds Penny.

I had a bunch of tomatoes that didn't come up.  After 3 weeks, I moved them to a neglected, dry, cold, dark corner of the basement and almost all of the stupid things sprouted within a week.  Seeds can be persnickety!

A one handed hoe isn't worth squat.  I can't do anything.  Johnny tillered 2 rows the day I fell so I thought I could hill up the rows for potatoes...NOT.  I tried to cut up the seed potatoes to let them sit for a few days and I can't even do that.  Everything I try makes me tempted to use my left fingers and I sure don't want to crank up the throb again.  Very aggravating.
