We would easily go through that many eggs a day just eating them... the kids LOVE eggs.  How many eggs do angel food cakes take?

10 or 12, I can't remember off the top of my head.

Ever made a homemade one? Mmmmmmm...so much better!

No I never have... I prefer pound cake to angel food in general though.  Ya know you could make a freeze quiches... if you like them.  They freeze up really well and make for a quick meal.

I have done some, and the oven omelette rolls, and just about anything else egg-y. :rofl1:

Oven omelette rolls sound good.  Good think you like to be in the kitchen!

That looks great!  Dan loves to make omelettes but the kiddos really like just cheesy ones so I could do a batch like that for them while he is making the fancy ones for us.  I wonder how that would work in my pampered chef stoneware pan, if I should line it or not... guess I have to experiment.
