The tic tac toe board and bean bag markers.  (I have not snipped or washed it yet)

That is really cute, Triss.  Would be a good GS project, I'd think too!

Oh yes, it sure would be.  Each of the squares for the board is 6".  I used 9 jean and 9 flannel ones.  The squares for the markers were 4" squares.  I used about 1/4 cup of pinto beans in each bag and made 10 for the set, 5 each jean and flannel.  That should give you an idea of what you may need supply wise for your girls if you decide to do it.

Thank you.  I like it.  I see myself making lots more and I think they will go faster now that I know how to do it all.  They can be used for anything really.

The bag is lined, Sarah.  It is lined and interfaced.  Is that what you call it?

Thank you everyone.  I made the pillows first and decided that I loved the fabric so much that I would make the bag out of the same.

Dianna, my sewing lines aren't all straight and I am a little slow yet but I'm hoping that persistence pays off. :giggle:

It does, Jess, I'm proof of that.  No one taught me to sew and I'm not doing too shabby now...

Absolutely no one begins sewing at an expert level, Dianna. And even as a experienced sewer I have made so many errors. Like putting a zipper in backwards so the pull was on the inside of a dress. My daughters friend wore that dress for her Halloween thing anyway. I am no expert but it can be fun to create something anyway.
