What's in your frito pie?  I used to make a frito casserole when the kids were little. Super easy and they loved it. Just line the bottom of the pan with broken fritos, top with sloppy joe, and then cheese. Bake 'til cheese is melted and lightly browned. Dinner.

This was always good, but I can't eat it anymore. Gives me heartburn.

My frito pie is ridiculously easy.  Like, really ridiculous.  A bag of fritos, 2 cans hormel chili with beans (only kind of canned chili I eat), and topped with cheddar-jack.  Heat the chili on stove, put on top of chips, then top off with cheese.

That is how I eat chili, only Hormel is near the bottom of my list. I prefer Dennison's or my store brand. My store brand is awesome, really.

I fixed a recipe Ginger gave me that has chicken breast and angel hair pasta with sauce and boy is it yummy.  Johnny usually doesn't like creamy stuff but he loves this.

I made Adam go get me Chinese tonight.  I'm not doin' nothing with my ankle swollen and sore.  Didn't eat until 8 stinkin' o'clock but I didn't have to make it, so I'm thrilled.
