Topic: Weed Or Some Kind Of Lily?

I have been weeding in the front flower bed this week and ran into this little plant...



Is this a weed or some kind of lily? I started to yank it, but wasn't sure if I had planted it or not...

I say if it's the only one of its kind, leave it! (Remember the "rule"... whatever there's more of, is probably a weed!)

It does look a lot like my Tiger Lilies (also not in bloom yet).
     
I doubt that this one will bloom for me this year, cuz I think it's a first year plant.  The one that you can see to the left of it has buds on the top that should be opening in the next week or two.  If you look closely at the mature plant, you can see the black seeds at the junction of the stem/leaves.  The younger plant doesn't have those yet.  This is the first year I've had Tigers, so I don't know if it will make seeds this year or not.

It looks like the dead man's lilly too me. I wondered where it went.
