and here is a giant petunia, still blooming in December, that volunteered this past summer
and this flower is growing on it

Some of mine that weren't covered in leaves have died with the cold weather. The others are there but are not producing flowers.

The only thing that has bloomed in my yard so far is the French Tarragon. The daffodils are budding but they haven't broken through yet.

I just went out and got my first pictures for 2012. Talk about them being early. I wonder how this will affect the rest of the growing year.

Here is the Scarlet Sedum and yes it is pink. this is the clump I started 3 years ago and it is starting to get to the side where it looks like it might develop into a ground cover. But it is definitely slow moving.
This is the year Spring Hill really got chinzy with their plants. This is the second year that I've had this patch in it's current location.
Here is the bridal spirea that I was given. It's still small compared to everyone elses but it's getting there.
