Outstanding photos. I love the shots of the airshow. Of course I'm kind of partial to aircraft. Guess that comes from spending 22 years in the USAF. I hardly ever missed an airshow. I got lots of photos but didn't have a digital camera so they are stuck away in a box and they are no comparison to yours.I think your mentor is dead on the mark about your talent. I really enjoy your photos. Thank you so much for sharing them with us.
Awesome shots, Peggy! I can just feel the mist coming off those waves & hear them roar! Are those big concrete things the breakwater jetty in C-City? I've never been to the beach there & didn't know that made them that way... looks like something that dropped in from Stonehenge!Photobucket does mess up some pics, but yours seem to be fine! Nice job on the shots you got at the airshow... of course, most of the planes were sitting still for you! Here's the best one I got with my cheapy cam from the deck as they went over the house ...for 2 days straight! No naps were happening around here!
Fantastic pictures, Peggy! I thought the driftwood "critter" picture was awesome. The details in all of your pictures are amazing...
Did I ever tell ya, just how lucky I am!?! I have a pretty good life!
I've been waiting all week for you to slow down & post those pics, Peggy! I guess that's what I get for stealing Diane from you for another week of VBS, so you could go running around in the woods! I know that you took hundreds of pics on your outings this past week... how ever do you decide which ones to post?! They're all so good, but I wish we knew what some of those plants/flowers are. (I know that you do too, but don't not post them just cuz they're unknowns!)
You really are talented with that camera. The pic with the little purple flowers is so cool. It looks like it is suspended in mid air! I know it's not, it just your talent! All the pics are wonderful. And I agree that the miniature tiger lily is a special find!
I spent a total of 5 years in California and now I'm sorry I didn't take a week or so and drive up to Oregon.
Peggy, I could look at your pics all day long!
