I don't know what it's called, but I have them too, & take them out when I see them, cuz I don't want them all over the place.
They dig in really good, so like most weeds that are worth their salt, just breaking them off at the ground doesn't get rid of them.

No, I have horseradish...this weed's leaves sort of hug the ground.
I'm wondering if it's a member of the sorrel family.
