I peel most sausage skins that are too tough. But the stuffing part sounds good.

Tacos sound really good. Or soup. I'd love soup tonight instead I'm following my pre-planned menu and I'm fixing Chili dogs with pw's crash potatoes and a salad. Maybe I should make some warm biscuits with honey butter slathered all over them?

Tonight is a potluck. I know what I am bringing, Bacon wrapped smokies and cole slaw. But the rest will be a surprise.
