I peel most sausage skins that are too tough. But the stuffing part sounds good.

Tacos sound really good. Or soup.  I'd love soup tonight instead I'm following my pre-planned menu and I'm fixing Chili dogs with pw's crash potatoes and a salad.  Maybe I should make some warm biscuits with honey butter slathered all over them?

Navy Bean Soup or Congressional if I follow my recipe.  What ever it is it is good.  Wish I had the fixin's for cornbread but I haven't restocked yet.
