Tonight I made a vegetable stroganoff. My older son is deciding that vegetables can be delicious.

Well today I finally used my roasted chicken recipe.  I had to substitute Key West Lime for the lemons but it was great except I cut some of the carrots to large and they didn't cook through.  But I will definitely make this again.

due to a fluke in scott's ability to manage his keys, we ended up going out.  i had cheese and bacon smothered fries... can't say it was healthy, but it was good.  he had terryaki wings.

We just finished lunch.  Meatloaf, white gravy, boiled red potatoes and green beans.  Good.

I'm having leftovers.  I made an entire chicken so there is still plenty left over for today.

I made French toast for brunch today. I have leftovers. It is something Teddy will eat.
I have a pork roast in the crock with onions, taters and carrots. I will cook up some fresh broccoli and cauliflower to go with tonight.
