Yeah, Barb, eat better! 

I made Tosca Tilapia (wasn't very good) and cooked a Bird's Eye Steamables Brussel Sprouts, which I salt and peppered.  I love brussel sprouts.  They are so delicious.  I could eat them all day.  That and sauteed asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
