Boneless Pork Loin.  I'll be eating it for a week but I don't mind that in the least.  Hot pork roast sandwiches yum.

Just cooked a turkey at work in my electric roasting pan, selling fireworks now and there just is not enough time in the day.  My coworkers are threatening to steal it.

Soup sounds good.  I think I'll make the Italian Wedding Soup.  I love that stuff.  And I have a set of the meatballs already done.

stuffed shells sound good.  but we had turkey  noodle soup.  the last of the turkey in the fridge is gone now.  time to roast another.
